Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. Takes a while to put together, and took a week longer to get them they said. But for something that weighs 95 lb and was brought straight to my front door what more can ask for. Love this cabinet set! It looks great, feels great, and is going to look so sharp in our space. It arrived very well and safely packaged, though be aware that MDF is *heavy* and you're going to want/need some help to get it inside. The instructions are clear and everything is fairly straightforward with regard to assembly. I work for a general contractor, and we ordered these cabinets to install for a customer's garage renovation. Even though they are marketed as 'kitchen cabinets', they are perfect for the garage as well. They are extremely sturdy, well made, and allow for a ton of storage. I could definitely see them being used in any space. For the quality, the price was amazing. They were also delivered faster than the estimated delivery date which was awesome! The only downside -- or at least something to be aware of -- they come with many many pieces and it took about 3.5 hrs for an experienced carpenter to put together. I wasn't expecting them to come as 2 pieces, but it was just more labor than anticipated -- well worth it though! Not the best picture but I was only able to take one mid-construction!. Anonymous.
