The only downside was the instruction manual—I didn’t find it very helpful. In my opinion, the dog house is simple enough that it can be assembled without relying much on the instructions. We added a paver floor by adding sand under the pavers and finishing with paver sand for the top. We wet paver sand let dry and swept off excess.
