Very happy with this purchase. Was looking for a ten inch wide and high sided Everyday cooking skillet. After cleaning new skillet, I heated the pan, before adding any oil on a low med heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured.
