Revere Ware 3 Quart Sauce Pan Copper Bottom

Made in France since 1814, Matfer Bourgeat Copper Cookware is the premium choice of a generation of professional French chefs. This cookware combines the optimum heat conductivity of copper with the easy cleaning properties of a stainless steel interior and requires no tin plating or special maintenance. This sauce pan's durable, riveted cast iron handle and grip ensures reliable cool touch support and balance when lifting and pouring, while it's tapered rim makes pouring drip-free, making transferring sauce from the pan as easy as possible. This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as it's compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. Please note that the copper material will develop a rich patina over time, but this will not affect the quality of the pan or its cooking performance. To keep it looking new and shiny, try using Matfer's Bistro Copper Cleaning Paste, sold separately.

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt expect to love this saucepan this much, but this 8" 3qt one really surprised me in the best way. First off, its gorgeous. The copper exterior gives it such warm, elevated look that honestly makes my whole stovetop feel more high-end. It's one of those pieces you don't feel like hiding away in a cabinet. Beyond looks, it performs really well. It heats up evenly and holds temperature nicely, which makes cooking sauces or reheating food feel much controlled (no random hot spots). The size is also super practical, perfect for everyday use without feeling bulky. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and overall it just gives that "quality" vibe when you are using it. It's a great mix of style and function. If you are someone who appreciates cookware that looks as good as it works, this one is definitely worth it.. Patriciar. Tue Apr 21 2026
