I bought this Murphy bed for my guest bedroom and its exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was definitely a challenge (instructions were good, but lots of heavymoving pieces), but for the price it was worth it. There are no shelves inside the cabinets, but that was perfect so I can easily store the pillows and comforter while the bed is up. I also purchased a wardrobe from the same line to create a closet area for guests. All the pieces are sturdy and the quality seems great.. Alexandra. GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Takes forever to build but once it’s built it looks great, works well and is easy to pull the bed out and put back in. We got a trifold mattress to go with it and it folds up into the cabinet also. The drawers are slightly small and will probably only fit two pillows nothing else will fit inside the cabinet beside the mattress when it’s folded up so we will have to store some additional pillows some place else. Overall happy with this purchase especially for the price point.. Kathryn. Irvine, CA. Wed May 20 2026

Assembly took ~6 person hours with a couple of mistakes that required taking some pieces apart and reassembling. Multiple pieces were not labeled with numbers and the instructions were somewhat difficult to follow. This piece is very sturdy but note that it weighs ~240 lbs in total. Converting it from a cabinet to a bed is definitely a 2 person operation as the top is quite heavy. A 6" trifold mattress just barely fits - it makes it hard to use the latch and puts pressure on the front panel such that it slightly bends outwards. The color (red) was darker in person than pictured. Overall it does seem like a solid piece of furniture and it does look nice.. Maggie. San Francisco, CA. Tue Apr 28 2026

Installation requires secure to wood studs or masonry. Anti-tip hardware for brick/concrete walls is included. Have one person hold or sit on the empty bed frame when installing the hydraulic system to prevent pinch injuries. Please do not remove the iron straps compressing the hydraulic rods until you attach them to the body. Removing it early will cause the rod too long to fit into the predrilled hole.

This is such a great product, if you never put a Murphy bed together, get someone to help you, it’s definitely not for the faint of heart, it’s a two person job and it would take some hours But its worth it.. Zm. Miami Beach, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026

This Murphy bed saves space with built-in storage. Crafted from wood and metal, it has rustic farmhouse charm with embossed barn doors. Integrated outlets and USB ports make charging easy. A foldable mattress is not included.

Exactly what we were looking for in this space. It took about 4 hours from box cutting to finish, directions were easy to follow, only had to backtrack once or twice to make sense of something that could have gone 2 ways (the rails). It folds out easily for one person, there is a drawer for pillows/blankets/sheets, and we got a 6" tri-fold memory foam mattress the folds right into the cabinet spot. Huge space save for our guest room. Angie. North Idaho. Mon Sep 28 2026

It’s a big piece of heavy furniture and it’s perfect. Assembly was pretty straightforward and feels over engineered. The mattress that comes with it is quite thin but that’s based on my preference ! Would highly recommend this for that need of an extra bed, but not a ton of space. Jarrod. Sun Aug 09 2026
