The only issues im having are it seems a little unstable when you move around on the chair (for the price I wasn't expecting crazy good quality) but I just let my clients know not to move all crazy on it lol. There were also a few cracks in the metal base but I think that may have been from shipping, and I wish the foot rest went down just a little more then it does when let down all the way but other then that its great. I really like that it vibrates without bubbles so I can still use a liner for easier clean up. The faux leather cleans easily with barbacide also. Overall, I’m very happy with this aesthetician chair. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and really elevates the look of my treatment room. I’ve already received compliments on it, and it was only installed yesterday! It arrived with a small crack on the base and a minor tear in the upholstery, but both are on the back side and not easily visible, so I considered them minor cosmetic issues. I chose not to return it because I’m opening my business and didn’t want to delay seeing clients over small defects. Of course, I would have preferred it to arrive without them.
