This chair is easy to assemble. The plumbing is not standard USA fittings. I had to do some unusual plumbing to connect. The shampoo bowl is adjustable which is ideal for different size individuals. One thing to note is the mounting to the floor so the chair doesn't slide around. If you are placing this chair on a finished tile floor as I did, I had to make and mount a wooden base to glue it down and to screw it to the wall for stability. Other than the challenges that I mentioned the set up is nice and stylish.. Charles. Brunswick, GA. Sun Jul 12 2026

Shampoo chair unit is made of sturdy FRP base, soft and comfortable PU leather and smooth ceramic. The materials are safe and environmental and make you feel at ease to use. The bowl is enlarged, and the hot and cold water switch and shower nozzle are fully equipped. Adjustable sink bowl, reclining design for extra comfort. The reclining bowl can be adjusted by 40 degrees. The reclining cushion is adjustable by the lever. A multifunctional chair that is perfect for use in hair salons, beauty salons, and tattoo shops

So far seems like decent quality. The head/neck rest is comfortable. The seat is comfortable. I'm taking away a star because the reclining leg rest only comes up like 30 degrees, so not much. And the barrel trap filter was made a little cheap. It's supposed to catch hairs and stuff so it doesn't go to the drain line, but the filter is held in there pretty flimsy. I'm not talking about the strainer in the drain hole of the wash basin. I'm talking about the components that sit inside the chair and connect to the actual drain system.. Tania. Connecticut. Ordered two of these chairs for my salon. Every client has raved about how comfortable it is. Zero strain on their neck or back. The unit is a comfortable height for me (5"4) to wash my clients without having to hunch over. However I will say the only downfall to this is it is a little tall for clients to sit into without first using the stool. Overall I am VERY happy with this purchase. Assembly was easy for the first one, the second chair came with one incorrect part however customer service was easy to work with and immediately sent a replacement at no extra cost to me.. Amber.
