Custom service was excellent and my replacement arrived about a week and a half later and it looks like the photos on the website. The new light is beautiful.* Updated photos added* Disappointed! Product is not round, more like a lopsided oval. Darker than advertised and some of the wooden pieces were cracked or broken. Ordered in Oct 25 as we were set to close on new house in November but closing got delayed. Didnt open the package till we got moved in and was able to get an electrician to come install the lights.
