I thought I was going to return after unpacking, however after laying it in its place in the kitchen, I want to stand on this all day without and with slippers, it is so comfortable, I can’t get over it!!! Very nice sturdy rug but as I began unrolling it there were some black threads pulled through the front making it not perfect. I bought an 8 x 10 first. Then bought a runner for the hallway. I lil high for doors be sure you can clear the rug height to open them. Mary. Fri Aug 28 2026

This is a very pretty rug. I like the ombré effect, which keeps the blue’s soft. It is a good thickness and is comfortable to walk on. I put a thick rug pad underneath, which I think is essential for any rug. This does shed quite a bit. All wool rugs will do that, but I have two other wool rugs that cost quite a bit more than this one and they hardly shed at all. This one is a little lower quality and so it is shedding more, but I think over time it will get better. The rug is not completely square. But, again, for the price, I am happy with this rug..
