The rug was packaged nicely and in great condition. I was traveling, so not able to unpackage for some time and I was pleasantly surprised that it rolled out flat immediately (especially after reading some other reviews). My only issue is that the shorter sides of the rug are not cut exactly straight, but hoping it is not noticeable. Overall, it is a nice quality rug and I am happy with my purchase.. Lynda B..
