This rug is beautiful!!! I love it and everyone who has seen it in my home wants to know where I purchased it. It’s great quality and soft. It does shed some when I vacuum you can tell. However, the shedding is not bad, so I am believing it will stop over time. I have had wool rugs before that the shedding was unbearable and I have had great quality wool rugs that stop shedding over time/use. But if you care about fiber content know that this rug is not 100 wool. It is in fact 70 Wool and 30 Cotton which was a disappointment because I was needing a high traffic area rug. Beautiful rug! Colors are as pictured. Rug is very low pile, so not super cushioned but could be softer if you use a thick rug pad. Texture feels nice on my feet, similar to most low pile carpets.
