Perfect rug for the space I wanted it for! After ordering and returning 3 rugs from a different company I decided to order this one from Wayfair. I’m so happy with the quality, design and weight of this rug, not too thick, not too thin, and it’s soft and it’s beautiful. I was looking for a rug just inside my office deck door that would be comfortable under bare feet, dog friendly, and stay fairly low profile. This one ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. The color is a soft blend of grays that works well with my flooring and doesn't compete with the rest of the room. I especially like that the pattern is subtle and doesn't draw attention to itself. The rug feels soft underfoot, which was important since I frequently walk through this doorway barefoot. It is thin enough for a doorway but still feels comfortable. LOOOOOOVE! This rug is amazing. It’s super soft and comfy to sit on. We have a toddler so we’re on the ground a lot and this rug has made it easier for play time. We didn’t add a rug pad, and I don’t think it needs one. I was worried that the Ivory would be too bright of a white or too creamy of a yellow and it’s neither. It’s just right for our home. Paired next to a grey couch and dark wood coffee table so help you see better. It didn’t shed at all and laid flat pretty quickly. definitely has a new rug smell but it’s more of just a plasticy smell and it wore off within about 3 days. My family didn’t notice the smell but I have a sharper sense of smell so just for reference. It’s handled stains really well (with Folex, if you don’t have it - get it). Chocolate ice cream has been spilled and red marker and both came up and is unnoticeable surprisingly. It vacuums fine, but use your high carpet setting or low on a Dyson (not boost).
