My only problem is that I bought it for a 5 ft tree and it is too top heavy and won't stay on the tree no matter what I do to secure it. We have been looking for a star that could actually plug into our lights and not require batteries. This one fit the bill perfectly and is very, very well lit. It stands out as the Christmas star should instead of fading away into the background. It also was sturdy and did not feel fragile like it would be easily broken. The packaging it came in was quite sufficient to protect it in shipping. You would not be disappointed with this if you chose to purchase it. I have an older tree topper just like this. Its biggest issue is that it is fragile and the pieces fall off. Sort of cheap plastic. The tree topper ornament is easy to set up and there is a string with 50 bulbs on it. They are led by warm ambient glow fairy lights which will brighten the room.
