Strong, thick mantle type floating shelf. Took me a minute to figure out that I had to unscrew the anchor from inside the shelf before accessing the directions and other hardware. I almost called to get replacement hardware but heard something clinging as I shook it to see if something would fall out. I wish the directions had been out the outside.
