It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This bathtub is fabulous! It arrived well packaged in a wooden crate so no damage whatsoever. It has a very minimal look, which I love! It’s solid stone and weighs 400 pounds so make sure you have plenty of help moving it. We had it professionally installed so I can’t say if it was easy or not. The bathtub is nice and arrived in good condition, but the website photos are misleading. They show a gold faucet with a brushed nickel drain and overflow, even though the faucet does not come with the tub. A Wayfair representative helped me place the order over the phone and was very helpful, but I wish he would have mentioned the color to remind me. Show stopping tub! This soaking tub is massive, heavy, beautiful and elegant with a modern flare. I am amazed at the quality and cannot wait to have it fully installed in my master bath wet room. The material feels so expensive and luxe. It is a delicate white with some sparkle when the light hits which makes it look like natural stone. The finishes come in chrome.
