The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. We ordere this Deck Box because we needed a place to store our solar pool cover when not in use. We love that this box can be opened from the top, and also opened in the front. It gives us a nice large space to get this large cover into the box. Assembly of the box was pretty straight forward and the directions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble it by myself other than adding the lid. I needed a second person to hold it in place and apply pressure from behind so the screws would catch. We do not plan to place a lock on this box, but if you need one that can be locked, be sure to pay attention to the latch. Decent storage cabinet and will work for what I need it for. The shelving seems sturdy enough . The doors catch pretty badly on the center and they are a little hard to open. The handles are very shallow and extremely difficult to use. It looks like there is an option to add more hardware but it didn’t come with the kit.
