The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. It looks very nice once it is on the wall, I wish it was a way to have the shower head and the panel going together. I like it!!!. Anonymous. Thu Dec 12 2024

Nice tower and lots of jets and other options in one unit. Not an easy install because of making holes in ceramic tile. Making sure all line up and no damage to my existing tile Took me 2.5 hours. Used it once and it's amazing. Great water pressure all over and temperature gage definitely helps to monitor water. Hopefully it will lasts longer than our 5 year old previous model. This looks nice and the quality is as expected for the price, but the waterlines that attach to the wall stub-outs are just too short, as there's no room to fit it all where the lines reach to because of all the piping tucked into the body of the panel. We ended up buying 30" waterlines to replace the ones already attached, and we are setting the lines that stub out from the wall higher up to allow for placement in a part of the panel body that has more room. Not a huge deal, but if you're trying to match existing stub-outs, it could be a challenge.. Stacia Reinhardt. Ocean City, NJ. Sun May 10 2026
