This glass was perfect for my exact space! I did a self install and I'll say that you have to be extra careful with the corners, glass can still break just touching a hard surface in the corners so always have it resting on stacked cardboard before final placements.. The panels are a bit quicker and easier to install than traditional tile options and much more appealing than anything fiberglass. The finished product looks great and appears easy to clean. I would suggest buying the Choreograph bathroom shelf accessories. They look nice perform and perform well but also really helped to 'lock-down' the panels during the installation process. If you do go with the shelf accessories, be sure to added continuous solid blocked (use 2x8 or 2x10 between your wall framing. It is also a great idea to write the height range and then immediately take a picture of it with your cell phone. It eliminates the need to land on studs and gives you plenty of flexibility determining height while giving you a rock solid surface to screw into. Install took about 4hrs with a helper and I would strongly recommend buying some of the suction lift handles. I picked up a couple from Northern Tool for about $8/grip and it was well worth it for moving the panels around. The last recommendation is make sure your walls are nice and plumb. My alcove from new construction and correctly framed but I suspect a less 'perfect' wall would make adhering the panels much tougher.. Steve. VA. Sun Jul 03 2016

We love our frameless shower panel. We bought one wide enough to keep the water from spraying out. Our handyman who helped installed it had never installed one and was skeptical. We needed his tool because we were drilling into very thick large wall tiles. Wayfair delivered the glass to the bathroom and it was well packed so we did not worry about breakage. My husband lined up placement of the pins which the handiman drilled in. The two of them placed and secured it. kit# 2 luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

It was fairly easy to install if you have basic contractor skills and took a few hours to line everything up and bracket. It’s sleek and super easy to clean and covers a majority of my shower opening so no water was able to escape.
