The mattress arrived on time and delivery was great. The box was torn up and filthy, but the mattress was in perfect condition. It is a beautifully tufted well designed plush mattress. It is quite heavy, being 15” thick. It is extremely comfortable, with the perfect amount of plushness and firmness. The sides are well constructed and can be sat on without the edge caving in like some other mattresses tend to do. Great purchase.. Sarah. Adkins, TX. Tue Sep 05 2023

It was delivered by Ele and partner. They carried it up 2 stories and layed it in our bed frame. Took all packaging with them. I would recommend the Wayfair company every-time!. Paula. Geneva, FL. Prior to this I had a Black Series "Helena" purchased in 2009. It lasted 17 years and was at the end of its life. This Series 3 medium with a pillow top is an exceptional replacement to my Helena and once again I'm sleep well. Black Series are expensive but I think worth every penny if you have sleeping issues like myself. Highly Recommend!. Gregory S. Mon Oct 05 2026
