Wayfair sent me a replacement for the first one and the replacement was also the 13” so they refunded me for the mattress and told me to dispose of both mattresses. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard.
