The bed went together fairly easily, even with one person! For a few of the steps, I had it leaning on the wall with a blanket for extra protection, but the pieces went together smoothly with little extra effort. The most time consuming part was simply attaching the bed slats, which was quick with a drill. Some reviews mentioned that the walnut color had a slight reddish cast to it, which is true, but it worked well with my already existing furniture. Well worth the purchase!. Amanda. Millersville, PA.
