Rounded Edge Metal Bed Frame

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Fri May 15 2026

Round out your bedroom with this platform bed's modern take on a classic silhouette. Crafted from stainless steel in a neutral finish, this bed features a platform construction to elevate your mattress. With a 10'' under-bed clearance, you have plenty of space to store seasonal clothing, extra shoes, and guest bedding. Plus, 13 slats and center support remove the need for a box spring and reduce bulk for a streamlined look. Vintage design with a sturdy metal frame that features simple, classic lines.

Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. That being said, if you look carefully at the diagrams, you should be fine. Bed assembly is pretty straightforward. It does have a slight varnish smell that has started to fade after 3 days.. A.. This iron bed brings strong support and smart storage with its 18'' steel tube frame and anti-sway design. The curved headboard and footboard keep your mattress in place, while reinforced slats provide noise-free sleep and hold up to 2,500 lb without a box spring. With around 16'' of clearance underneath, there’s plenty of room for storage bins, luggage, or off-season bedding. The fully finished back lets you float it in a room or place it against a wall. Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Fri Sep 11 2026

The head and foot of this bed frame feature a unique arch design that not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also prevents the mattress from sliding. It enables you to maintain a minimalist style without compromising on functionality. With a height from the ground, this bed frame is perfect for taller mattresses or those who prefer their bed lower to the ground. It can accommodate mattress thicknesses ranging from 6 to 12 inches. This feature is especially useful for families with young children as it allows them to easily climb up and down the bed. Even if your child is playful and accidentally falls off the bed, the low height greatly reduces the likelihood of injury.

The brown finished solid wood panels are like the earth, giving a visual experience of “Returning to nature”. Metal and wood are combined to complement each other. The two materials are distinct in color and visually subdivide the space into different layers, bringing modern and simple design inspiration into the bedroom. Purchased this queen bed frame for a vacation rental and so far we have been very happy with it. It is solid, well made and a great value for the price. It sits low but that’s what I needed due to a window nearby. I bought another frame for 100 less on wayfair and the quality was not great I should have just spent a bit more and gotten a second one of these, would buy again. Update this bed has a 600 lb weight limit (I overlooked this in the details) and it snappedbroke about 2 years after I bought it. I reapproved with a 10000 lb limit bed. Jennifer. San Diego, CA. Item arrived quickly and packaged well. All parts came too. Looks really good and appears sturdy. Waiting to put a mattress on it to really test it out, but does not look to be a problem. This is a queen size in white. Richard. Monticello, IL. Sat May 09 2026

Create a relaxed, casual retreat in your bedroom with the Mendon bed frame. Crafted from solid rubberwood, the Mendon features a classic walnut brown finish that complements any color palette. Its low platform and angled, tapered legs are reminiscent of cool, mid-century modern design. Add some crisp white sheets and a plush duvet to complete the look. This bed includes wood slats, which eliminate the need for a box spring.

Shown are the dimensions for the full size bed frame. Without the legs, the width is 56 ⅝ inches, with the legs the width is 58 inches. Under the bed is a hair over 10 inches. Not pictured, but the length was 76 to 76 ½ inches. The quality is a solid 4 out of 5. For the price I paid, under 300, I felt like I got what I paid for. There are some tiny imperfections on the frame, and some moderate imperfections on the plywood slats and support legs. But I dont feel like its going to snap on me or anything. Its a sturdy bed frame, very attractive. The height is perfect for me, gives me a bit of storage room underneath without making the bed too high. The frame wood is a good walnut color, fairly evenly stained with natural appeal. The rounded edges are great, no stabbing my shins. The legs are on the outside, but the gap at the headboard means it doesnt run up against my baseboards. Overall I would recommend the bed! Assembly was fairly easy. I managed it on my own, but it would be easier with two. The only issue with the bed is the freaking wood screws. It comes with an allen key, which every other part of the assembly uses, but every other slat is supposed to be secured with wood screws (the other half are with allen wrench bolts). This feels like seriously cheaping out. The wood screws are probably fine with any sort of drill, but I only own manual screwdrivers and couldnt manage to drive them into the frame. The screws are meant to screw into the hardwood frame which is very difficult by hand. I ended up giving up and just putting tiny felt squares under that half of the slats, to prevent noise. When I get a drill Ill add them in.. Liam. Michigan. Fri Oct 02 2026
