Grateful for good customer service to return this item. It is not as it is advertised at all. It looks significantly different in person from the shape of the chair, to the fabric and how high it sits off the ground. The chair itself came in an air sucked bag and was meant to expand once opened the chair, never fully expanded, leaving a gap in the center of the chair where the fabric looked sagged. The back of the chair also never fully expanded. Overall, it looked significantly different in person than it was advertised online. I would not recommend this chair if you want what was advertised.. Perfect for our newly finished basement for the kids. Easy to assemble. The only compliant is that it doesn’t really feel supportive on your back becuase it’s all foam…no structure . But it’s also light because of that, which is great.. Sarah. Williston, VT. Mon May 11 2026
