Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. I'm short so I was looking for a wall oven I could reach. The french doors is just what I need. The slide out shelves are perfect. There are 2 things that can be improved upon. The placement of the oven settings and temperature are not conducive to easy reading. I need a stool to read the dials since the printing is on the side of the knobs. We really like the way it cooks salmon fillets using the Speed Cook technology -- a combination of upper halogen element, the lower element, convection and microwave. Pretty amazing. The nice exterior design looks good in our kitchen, right above a conventional Cafe wall oven. We purchased this oven to replace our previous (almost identical) 240V Advantium Custom Speed Cook oven. We appreciate most of the subtle display firmware/software improvements in the new VS1 design compared with the older NS1 model, which we replaced due to odd rebooting every few weeks. We loved the older model (other than the reboots) and appreciate the new one even more, except for the relatively loud alert sound when we open the door to check the temperature of something we are cooking. We love the Lisboa! The new premium is an authentic domed pizza oven and the first model we ever offered. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaiolo, brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white. Premium hardware: the Lisboa has a traditional brick facade with a black non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and stainless steel chimney. The door has a peep-through high-heat viewing window pane. Authentic pizza ovens never use a galvanized coating or zinc galvanizing coating on any of their products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.
