This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. I purchased this bed for occasional use in a smaller guest room, and it works well for that and looks attractive. The complaints about the headboards being wiggly and not coming together at the corner are completely deserved. I actually had to bolt the headboards together because they simply did not seem sturdy enough for guests to lean and relax against and the gap looked bad. Also, the instructions are bad, treacherously bad. Do yourself a favor and read the entire directions several times though because the diagrams are not sufficiently drawn on every step to know which direction the headboard feet are supposed to be installed. Also, if you dont have a ratchet with hex keys, you will absolutely want one to save your sanity. If this bed came pre assembled and the headboards came togetherdidnt wiggle, it would be 55. As experienced in reality - minus one star for having inadequate instructions and minus one star for forcing me to drill through and bolt the headboards together with a heavy duty 5 bolt.. Anonymous. I have always wanted a classic daybed but really never had the room for one. After purchasing a new home I finally had the room and a great space in front of large sliding glass doors.
