Absolutely perfect!! I was skeptical at first when buying a memory foam mattress for the first time , but this one fits me to the T. It’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. I slept on it so far for two nights and due to my chronic back pain I needed something better than a spring mattress . I wasn’t sure if this would help, but boy was I wrong!!I didn’t wake up with any back pain, nor did I have a sleepless night. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard. The breathable foam construction also helps it feel comfortable through the night. I chose the 10” thick version and think it would be especially good for a bunk bed, daybed, trundle, RV, or guest room where a dependable low profile mattress is needed.
