The electric standing desk is sturdy and nice. It is traditional with a sleek design look. The electric height adjustment works smoothly and quietly, making it super easy to switch between sitting and standing modes throughout the day. The built-in power outlets are nice, no more crawling under the desk. It is, however, not easy to put together. It has a lot of parts, so be prepared to dedicate time to that and it takes a couple of hours for the assembly when doing it all alone. The fact that there were no gliders for the drawers is a bit disappointing, because they just hang when pulled out. The original desk I received had some scratches on a couple of parts and the wooden dovels provided to connect the desk top were fragile and broke during the assembly. Reached out to Wayfair support with the part number needed to replace the damage and they were so understanding and supportive enough to provide a new free replacement and told me to dispose off the original desk that was no longer functional. The bed is a nice bed, actually built well. The reason I gave it a 4 star is (1) the blue design around the bottom of the bed is deceiving. It is not like that in the picture. There are LED lights that go around the top of the wave, that is what I call it, but it does not shine like that. It just lights up the floor. You don't even see the wave as blue. (2) After it was put together I could not lower the lift frame at all to be able to put on the mattress. I messaged the help line, they were good but wanted me to send a bunch of videos. We managed to get the mattress on top of the lift as it was up in the air and then pulled down, hard and it went down. Quite a struggle but it worked. All in all we are happy with the bed. I have been looking for a desk that can be both for standing and sitting wjile I work. This desk was exactly what I needed the langth and the depth of the desk is fantastic as there are ays when I can have 2 laptops and more than three monitors.
