We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. This bed is so sturdy and gorgeous. It took maybe an hour to assemble, not hard at all. The headboard is very comfortable too. Super tall people beware though.
