It has a crazy range from gentle breeze to full wind tunnel, and the wind is smooth and steady the entire time. This stained glass fan has to be one of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It’s beautiful, timeless, and classy, it makes me feel like I’m living an old Florida dream in the early 1900s. It is the perfect fit for my Florida Room Guest Suite. I will share that the light it gives is minimal. The space I am using it in is a naturally bright room because of the wall of windows I have. For me it is perfect and sets the right vibe. I would suggest an additional lamp or two if you like a well lit room. Package was not damaged and everything inside was in good condition. I would suggest two people for mounting and read directions well for a successful installation of this fan. The lightbulbs in the top portion of the fan will be difficult to change when the time comes, this may be my only con in regard to this fan. Included with the fan is a remote for ease of use. You can also turn on two sets of lights with the pull strings attached to the fan, one lights up just the top portion and the other lights up the main light globe on the bottom portion. When i ordered this fan I was looking for something easy and light weight to use on my patio. When I got it assembled I was so excited Impressed with its abilities. It is very light weight and has a handle to hold for moving it around. It came with a remote controller and it can be charged to use cordless. Ive never seen anything like it. This is a beautiful ceiling fan. I'm very happy with it. I had professional help installing it. He reports it was challenging to install due to some complicated engineering choices made by the manufacturer, but made it work. My camera isn't capturing the true beauty of the stained glass when lit but the predominant color is violet. Because of the stained glass, the light is muted but since this is being used in a bedroom, that's what I wanted.
