I ordered on June 12 and received what I thought was the entire sectional on Aug 9. Turns out that the manufacturer never shipped the rest of the items (middle seat, ottoman, and left facing seat) to the warehouse. They did not notify me of this and Wayfair did not catch it. I then had to put in a request for replacement items, which I am being told will ship mid September and likely arrive towards the end of September. Such a gorgeous couch! There were no reviews, but I took a chance on this couch because it looked the most modern out of the ones I was eyeing. Everything came in one box — easy for 2 people to lift, but also possible for one person to rock back and forth forwards to move it to where you need it before you cut the box open. I’m 5’ 3” and can comfortably lay out on the couch. The foam is insanely sturdy and comfortable. The fabric is soft, but a dog I was watching scratched at the seat to get comfortable before plopping down, and the fabric has pilled up in hairy pieces in those areas.
