I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. This fit perfectly with even a little extra space. It’s the taller one, 15in. I’m so pleased with the color, the look and the simplicity of installation.
