Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. I've never ordered anything like this before, sight unseen, so fingers were crossed. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. So, would I have bought it had I seen it in a store, probably not, as it's just not what I wanted, but we'll make it work.. Suzanne. Bristol Ri. Thu Jan 22 2026

We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference. We preferred it L shaped so we only used 4 of the sections and then sold the last section as an individual ottoman.. Sonya. New York, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026
