Excellent desk chair for what i do with it. I wouldn’t suggest it if you were to put it in an office or use it as a home office where you are sitting in it for 8-12 hours a day. I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. These are great chairs. I have two in my office for meetings, and everyone has commented that they are comfortable and attractive. Since they don't have arms, the small meeting table doesn't look like it has a forest of furniture. The beige is more taupe than cream, so the color isn't quite what I envisioned—it's darker and grayer. But overall I'm very pleased.
