The parts are mislabeled, the instructions are completely useless (goes from mislabeled parts to a pic of the completed set without any guidance in-between). The parts list besides being misnumbered (so it looks like you got some duplicates and some missing pieces) so it's all a guessing game. The little text there is was poorly translated from a different language.
