Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong. It worked great. The filters prevented the coffee grounds from going into my cup. It made my cup of coffee in under 5 min. My only complaint is that I read the reviews that said it took forever to make the coffee, so I turned the machine on 15 min before I was ready to drink, only for it to make the coffee quickly and have my coffee sitting getting cold.
