The steel pull handrails arrived quickly and well packaged. They come with a blue cover that can be used or you can opt not to use the cover. We plan to use without the cover unless the railing gets hot. These are lightweight. A few little dents in the tubing but nothing major or very noticeable. There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming!
