And of course our project was started recently ( after 30 day return). Well we learned that the item was missing screws and cables and that it was shipped to us from returns. Just came back to order two more, for the other two bathrooms! The fan is quiet and everyone in the house loves the changing light colours. My suggestion would be to provide the outer ring in white, so the light can be entirely white if desired. I had a problem with the installation: just screwing the fan housing into the stud didn't keep the fan parallel to the ceiling (I guess that is the problem with remodeling). Also, my exhaust duct is 3" and I had a hard time fitting in the transition to 4" in the available space above the ceiling. This will be much easier on the second floor, where I have attic space.
