I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Really great price for this Tramontina skillet with lid. The nonstick ceramic interior is actually beautiful and works great. Easy to handwash and also dishwasher safe.
