Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. We started to put together the table only to discover half of it couldn’t be put together because there were no holes in the wood on half of the table for the hardware. The table was fairly easy to put together, and overall sturdy and stable. There are minor imperfections, but nothing awful. It is what I would expect at this price point.
