We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations.
