It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. This is a beautiful looking recliner. My husband really likes it. He said he likes that it doesnt rock and the amount of space it has makes him feel very comfy in it. The recliner was easy to assemble. I posted a picture so that you can see when you zipper the arms make sure you have them upside down.
