The height is quite comfortable, an important consideration for an older adult such as myself. The width of the chair is perfect- not too wide or too small. I love that it came with a lumbar pillow. The chairs are quite firm and the seat allows you to sit up ( something that I prefer as compared to seats so deep you’re really lying down). The chair is attractive and comfortable, but it was not manufactured with care. One of the back brackets was not attached at the correct angle, so the chair back would not go down all the way.
