I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Exceedingly pleased with my purchase. Outstanding value for the phenomenal purchase price, many wonderful features including Generous sized hidden "cubbies" in arms, quality built, cup holders both sides, USB charging ports & nicely sized side pockets on BOTH sides. Disappointed with assembly service offered. Many reschedules due to no one available. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. Plus, I have to UNBOX & inspect it‼️ This chair states it is for the ELDERLY‼️Now just how do they expect an elderly person to accomplish that❓ Basically, I NEEDED to do everything but put it together. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers.
