The chair itself is very comfortable. The material is gray and very nice looking. The heat and vibration I find very good and useful unlike some of the other reviews I read. I did have a problem with some of the minor construction of the chair and I'm looking forward to getting help from Wayfair. Delivery was very fast and I used Angi to put the chair together for me, that was done very well. The actual seating portion I would not call oversized.
