The chair is super comfortable to sit in. It provides the perfect lumbar and neck support and I am able to lean back in the chair and still touch the floor to rock the chair. For reference, I am 5’4” tall. My only dislike is that the foot rest must be manually pulled out from under the chair and it is not adjustable to be longer or shorter. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together.
