This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. SUPER easy and quick to put together and very comfortable BUT I see a lot of pink in the color. Wanted to return it - hubby said no way - it's his so I have to keep it. Thankfully it is downstairs in the MAN CAVE so I don't have to look at it very often (Except for when the Bears are playing because hubby also bought a 98" TV to go down in his cave - go figure!) I love this loveseat sofa! It's easy to clean, very comfortable to sit on, and it's a great color. I put this together myself, but really struggled due to my disability. So it's a definite 2 person job to put together, because it is super heavy to lift.
