The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sat Sep 05 2026

The sofa is perfect for comfort, size and beauty. My only suggestion is that somewhere in your description of the product it explains that assembly requires 2 people. I didn’t see that until after delivery when I opened the assembly manual. In spite of that, at 79 years of age, I was able to assemble it myself after considerable time and frustration. Another small detail is that I was unable to zip the back cushions to the sofa. Very little room for maneuvering my fat fingers. Today is another day to try that again.. John. Wilmington, NC. Genuine Leather: For a rich, inviting look, nothing beats genuine leather. Although there's a wide range of fabrics and synthetic materials used for furniture coverings, genuine leather remains an excellent choice for its looks and durability. With a rich look, feel, and smell, genuine leather is tough, but flexible and naturally resists punctures and tears. Wear-resistant, mold-proof, and waterproof, It's also resistant to spills and dirt and can typically be cleaned by merely wiping it with a damp cloth. Genuine leather is also a healthy choice for people who suffer from allergies, as it does not hold dust or allergens.
