This TV console seems sturdy, has good storage, and is the perfect size. Yes, it is a laminate over particle board, but the finish looks nice. I think it’s a good value for the price. It does take a little while to assemble, but it wasn’t bad. My advice to anyone else is to make sure you put a level on it and use your leg adjusters to get it perfectly level before you put the back on to make sure you build it square. That may be why I saw some reviewers saying they couldn’t get the doors quite right. I will say the handles that came with the unit were not a good color. They were practically orange, not champagne bronze-ish like I thought from the photos on the website. When you notice the door is not flush, you can start by adjusting the foot plugs at the bottom. 3. We use natural rattan imported from Indonesia, the rattan color will change with time, temperature, humidity, etc. If you notice that the color of the rattan is different, don't worry. After some time, the rattan surface will become the same color.

Our item arrived with the legs damaged during shipping. Resolving this with Wayfair wasn't as smooth of a process as it could/should have been, but ultimately we did get it repaired and a discount was applied. As far as the piece itself, it is very nice and over all well made for the price. Our only area of slight dissatisfaction was the color seems more grey in person than what we expected based on the photos online. Still though this is over all a really great piece for the price..
