Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! These look exactly as shown and the measurements are accurate. They did not take long to put together and the instructions are easy to follow. The reason for the 4 star rating is one of the two chairs arrived with a slightly bent frame, which only became noticeable when we put it together and saw that all chair legs did not sit flush on the floor. It wobbles but is still functional and honestly not worth the hassle of disassembling and returning. Eureka! What a find! This chair came in several pieces, but it all went together just as the instructions said it would. It’s a heavy, well proportioned chair that gives you ample room for comfort. The cushions are thick enough to be comfortable as well. If this chair is going to be exposed to the elements, you will need a cover. The manufacturer also recommends that it not be left outside in freezing temperatures. That makes sense to me, although the woven fibers of this chair feel to have some kind of protective coating.
