Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. I also want to specify that I chose these chairs because the legs fold completely and the chair folds ( not completely in half but close to it) making them much easier to store for the winter.. A lot of the reviews said they were hard to assemble so I paid for the Wayfair assembler and they came out great. We got 3 of these for our back porch and there are very comfortable. They are also pretty heavy chairs. The plastic handle on the side that you pull to recline feels cheap, but other than that they look exactly like the photos in the listing.. Laura. Sugar Land, TX.
